The Dubai Connect Moment.

This year has been a travel year for me post the covid. It all started with me getting stuck with my family in India when the Omicron wave hit, ending up trading my tickets for vouchers from British Airways. But All that happens is for good. This gave a chance for me to visit Dubai with my family on the way back to Canada from India and you know what, it is all free sponsored by Emirates (Thanks Emirates). Finally, that we landed back in Canada with all the Arrive CAN stuff eating up both the time and the mental peace of when we are going to reach home. To the complementary of what Emirates offered, Air Canada went downhill as the day we arrived in Toronto was a snow storm and Air Canada cancelled the flights but refused to compensate because they offered a flight that is 2 days apart, without a stay over in Toronto. I will never fly Air Canada in my life ever unless that is the last resort, and it stood no way near to Emirates. No wonder Air Canada is suffering and if you are an Air Canada flyer, you are just about to hit a rough moment yet. Having gone thru up and down of the moments from travel, finally we got back home.

But let's talk something good here, esp the Dubai connect. So just refer the link if you are looking for it. And yes, you have to get a transit visa if you are an Indian and you are flying thru Dubai but to avail Dubai connect you actually go out of the airport so unless you are in visa exempt countries, you need to get one.
